London Permaculture Festival

Posted by Matt Morton over 12 years ago

Pushing against the tide, I was well relived when I arrived and immersed myself in the festival. Highlights to follow

In the folk dancing hall on the edge of Camden near Regents Park permaculturists from all over London and the UK gathered to share experience, attend talks and workshops and to network. I was introduced by my old friends St.John Steven to several of the key players. I had some good conversations with Andi Goldring about my experiences in Tyalgum and my plans for permaculture in Oxford. I attended a very inspriing talk by Polly Higgins on Ecocide and crimes against nature. I resolved to put a motion to council in support of her efforts.
