Andrew Ramponi : Hi Chowgene. I tried some tiome ago to make contours on SU but failed so am very interested in what you show. However, when I add a location and place the grabbed section onto SU it only shows up flat. I tried ticking/unticking different layers but no avail. Any ideas much appreciated. Chowgene Koay : Hrmm. . One are you using the latest version of SU? If you don't see the layer menu (it's under the Window drop down option), there's another way.

Once you select the region and grab it, you can select the terrain, and click the button to the right of "Add Location." This function should be called "Toggle Terrain" and it should automatically create the 3D landscape you are looking for.
