I'm looking for a list of perennial vegetable plants for Colorado, and they don't have to be "traditional" vegetables. The CSU Ag "experts" don't have much to say on this topic, and several other permies in the area haven't had an realistic lists either. How about you?
I'm looking for plants that are proven to grow here, so no replies of "this shold grow, but I don't know." Please.
