Designing a Garden To Provide the Nourishment Needed by our DNA to maintain our health!

Posted by Kay Baxter almost 12 years ago

How Do you get 10,000 IU of Vitamin A ( the amount indigenous people's had in their diets and the amount recommended by the Weston Price Foundation ) each day ?

I'm keen to hear your ideas around this.. if we are designing an urban garden or even a 1/4 acre garden, what ideas could work to provide us with 10,000 IU's per day of Vitamin A?

Without this Vitamin A our bodies are unable to absorb the minerals we also need sp I believeĀ  it is critical for our gealth and the health of our children's children that we as Permaculture Designers begin to take nutrition into account in our garden designs.

We're looking at acquaponics, rabbits, eggs, ducks, chickens, livers, roe, heads, guinea pigs ....... growig ourvetable sto be super high brix, growing vegetables that are relatively nutritionally dense ... any ideas love to hear from you
