At short notice I have been offered to travel to Rwanda with Rick from Southern Cross Permaculture Institute, to teach a full PDC as well as assist in setting up food security innitiatives and kitchen garden schemes. We will also be looking into improved agroforestry and strategies to prepare for potential impacts of climate change in the locality.
It is an great chance to work in Rwanda but also to work with and learn from Rick, who has an amazing track record in succesful Permaculture aid work throughout the world.
I will be blogging on behalf of SCPI and will try to also post here on how the trip goes.
2 weeks after our return, the Easter PDC at Southern Cross begins which I am lucky enough to be co-facillitating again so all in all it's going to be a busy but rewarding couple of months!! I can't wait.
