trying to raise money and people for a permaculture community near stanford hermanus south africa

164 HA fynbos nature conservancy with 17 km beach access and herd of eland free rangeing cost 15 million rand trying to raise the money and find people wanting to be in on it.

I would like to raise money for this project/ idea and any input is welcome if people find this a good idea
