first swale

we've been digging around a bit, so here's a picture of one of the results

Beforfe we moved to the farm, we grew some little trees from seed in our greenhouse in the city. They need a place to continue to grow, so we started digging our first swale by hand. The picture shows the result after we got a nice rainshower the other day.

Sarvesvara Dasa : Looks amazing. Great job. Congrats. Can put some blockers in the swale, to avoid water & nutrients run-off. Can add more erosion prevention grass varieties on the bunds.
