We have applied for a 6-month incubator program sponsored by the Chilean government entitled "Start-up Chile". The Chilean government hopes Santiago to become a "Silicon Valley" to the world, but with special emphasis on start-ups that have a social impact. As ours is a cooperative global social enterprise model, that suits us just fine. Through the process of the 6-month incubator, we intend to incubate, accelerate and launch our first regional eCommerce food hub right there in Santiago. That will enable us to formalize the policies, processes, patterns, actions and infrastructure necessary to include additional geographical regions around the world.
