Originally from Ireland, but living in and around London for the past 8 years, I have a background in Horticulture, specifically Organic Food Growing. I have been the Head Gardener of a walled kitchen garden just outside London, and most recently as an Urban Food Grower and Consultant within the city.

Having taken Winter out to travel, and volunteer at Permaculture Projects all over France, I have discovered a real passion for wanting to work with and educate communities using Permaculture Principles, with the emphasis on food production, both urban and rural.

My BA degree is in languages, so communication and community is very important to me. It is essential that I make food growing and permaculture as accessible and attainable to all people of all ages, backgrounds, and in any environment or landscape.
