I am the proprietor of Eco Products, environment friendly manufacturer of promotional goods (www.ecosacks.org). Recently I have started a Nature Project called Nava Eco Village (NEV) with my good friend Varathan. NEV is located on A12 highway, in the village of Pankulam, bordering Pankulam Aru River, DS Division of Morawewa in Trincomalee district. Out of the land area of 36 hectares, presently developed only about 10 percent. In addition to the organic farm, there are fish ponds & animal husbandry is carrying out. Presently we are in the process of building a Travelers’ Rest and Cottages for visitors. Our intention is to develop this land as a model permaculture project in Sri Lanka.
