I've been gardening for over 40 years and in love with Mother Earth for about the same amount of time. About 10 years ago, I got interested in permaculture, voluntary simplicity, and conscious living. I finally made a dream come true in 2009 and completed my PDC. I also took several Edible Forest Gardening classes in 2010. My education continues even as I begin to teach others.

I am a permaculture designer, teacher, speaker, and researcher based in the Genesee River Valley (Rochester, NY). I study and practice regenerative design, permaculture, edible landscaping, and edible forest gardening.

I am developing a semi-public space, Rochester Permaculture Institute, in an urban/suburban/forest edge environment. This space is a living demonstration of the ethics and principles of permaculture.
