About Sinicha Jeftic

I'm teaching to adults for professionnaldiplomas in security and safety since 2006.

I dicovered Permaculture 3 years ago, while searching for methods of organic agriculture.

I wanted to learn how make sustainable and healthy food source before buying a terrain.

I begun to plant edible plants in the blanc cutted places in public forest, most of them are not in the colors known by all people.

It's half like Incredible edible, half a way to have "in case of" food that would be partially returned to wild.

I experiment with potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans, peas, raspberries (in the place where there will be brambles), and a few non invasive plants.

My conclusion is that a not enough invasive will be eaten before having chance to reproduce.

So while learning the online PDC i begun to give advices to some people and have a few consultations in project, so i still collect as much i can learn.

My actual interest is in mushrooms for using both qualities in digesting wood and eventually produce food, but for soils restoration too.

I plan to go learn with Paul Stamets, i already saw all his videos online and I actually read his books.
When i'll know better, i'll go to practical classes.
