Born in Göttingen, Germany on Dec.1st 1983. Lived in Clifden, Co. Galway - Ireland from 1988 to 2006. Germany from 2006 till present. Chef by trade and 2014 Geoff Lawton OPDC graduate.

My proffesional aspirations lie in the field of permaculture and regenerative landscape design and development. My personal goals are to live and work by the permaculture principles and ethics and to some day live with and off the land and maybe to incorporate my cheffing skills into a small scale organic farm restaurant/tavern. In my spare time I would also like to work in these fields as an Aid-Worker wherever needed.
