Self employed musician, producer,seasonal landscaper,laborer.Have been working at greater self sufficiency for the last ten years on my property in SW New Hampshire USA.
I first came to Permaculture through reading one of Bill Mollison's books.I was inspired but didn't know how to apply it in a cold temperate climate until I read read Dave Jacke's and Eric Tonsmeir's book,Edible forest gardens.After that,I was off and running establishing a small food forest garden with the info on temperate plants provided.As I write,It is in it's fourth year of establishment and really starting to kick in.As a newly hatched Geoff Lawton PRI certified permaculture teacher and designer.I am using this site as a demo for for interested potential clients.It's been proving to me every step of the way that this system is sound and truly works.It's an inspiring new path that I walk with gratitude.
My current activities are designing a property for a homeowner here in NH.It's my first project after the design project and I'm enjoying the process.
