About Jim Sincock

After 20 years of living in Colorado I've moved back to Wisconsin with my wife who also has advanced and teacher training in permaculture from various teachers.

In 2015 we purchase a home on almost three acres of land which includes woodland, wetland, an ephemeral pond, and at least 1/3 acre of perennial gardens. The previous owner had create abundant wildlife habit, and we are increasing edibles and medicinals. We took our first year to observe the land, and now are slowly implementing elements of our design.

List of perennial vegetable plants for Colorado?

I'm looking for a list of perennial vegetable plants for Colorado, and they don't have to be "traditional" vegetables.
