Purchased a ranch in remote area in the Andes mountains south of Machu Picchu Peru with amazing views of Salkantay in 2009. 77 hectares starting at the river Antilla (which flows into the Apurimac) around 2500 meters altitude going up to 3500 meters at the top.

Perfect climate near the river to grow avocados, limes etc. Halfway up good for apricots, peaches, grapes. At the top climate excellent for apples, pears, potatoes etc. Growing for seed right now, building adobe structures, installing Pelton wheel for hydro-electric power.
