Im Mitch a 28 y/o kiwi and a qualified mechanic who is lucky enough to have been brought up on a dairy farm in a small friendly community here in NZ, I spent 4 years traveling and exploring other countries and cultures developing a deeper understanding of how important it is to protect our cultures and their connection to the land. I spent a year of my time away in Kinsale, Ireland where I was introduced to PERMACULTURE and the transition town movement I've since completed my permaculture design certificate and am now developing a small part of the farm using what I have learned towards creating a sustainable farm/eco tourism project that benefits the local community and the greater whole.
