I have a background in bushcare, degree in English & Politics and a Masters in Environmental Management. I also play guitar in the band Babymachine.

I became interested in permaculture as a practical response to what I was learning through my Masters. I completed an Intro to Permaculture course with John Champagne in November 2010 and did a PDC with John Champagne and others at the Crossing in October 2011.

I am currently working in implementing the design for my 900m2 suburban block (which backs onto 4 hectares of bush) in Mangerton, Wollongong. I am also part of the collective that have started Permablitz in Wollongong.
