I live in a small wooden house near Nimbin in NSW Australia.
I came to be here after experience around the world caused me to want to take personal responsibility for meeting my basic needs for life.
After buying a 3.3 acre share on a multiple occupancy community I set to work.
I used the skills and awareness gained during a Certificate 4 in Permaculture with Tim Winton to install a solar power system, rain water system, solar hot water system, wood stove and many other projects.
More recently I have expanded by focus into the local community. I work on an organic farm and with the Nimbin Neighbourhood and Information Centre on the Northern Rivers FoodLinks Food Security project.
I am also on the board of Northern Rivers Hemp Association.

I teach some of my permaculture experiences and observations at Djanbung Gardens in Nimbin.
