I am a founding director of People in Action an NGO in Grenada. I was introduced to Permaculture for the first time in Grenada in a course coordinated by our NGO that was held from 15-26 July 2013.

As a Rasta I am also a farmer and a man of the forest, I find that the Permaculture principles are very close to our own understanding of the environment and the world as we see it.

The low outputs due to design makes this attractive for all farmers as the inputs of traditional farming are presently making farming less cost effective. I will like to see a permaculture design center in Grenada that persons can come to see how the design works.
