Born into a world traveling family, nature was the only constant. Schooling a little bit everywhere, France, London UK, USA, military training all over the planet, Ecuador, Univ Michigan, MSU, Texas Univ, Univ Provence, Sorbonne, later working Microsoft, NASA, Smithsonian Institute.

Loving the diversity of the planet and the handiwork of creation, I am a natural to be invested in living off the grid. The only constant in my life was change, however, the creation stayed the same. So I latched onto it with both hands. I wanted to build my own house since I was 15 years old. This brought me to publications like Mother Earth News, and later quite naturally Permaculture. Nature lover, seeking to find a more natural stable life with emphasis on self-reliance.

I have been studying different natural living ideas for decades. Recently I participated in a pdc course given by S Hanson in the National Park of the Morvan. I am presently working on getting the second certificate. I have a little garden project, but it is only the beginning.
