We have established a Permaculture system on 2/3 of an acre in a cool temperate climate in West Gippsland, Victoria. Have been on this site for 22 years. Paul and I work in food quality in the dairy industry and are passionate about food production and security. We are on the steering group of West Gippsland Permaculture Group and Transition Baw Baw, I am webmaster of TBB. Paul did his PDC 20 years ago Linda just finished the online PDC with Geoff Lawton. We want to simplify our working lives and lessen our impact on the world, while helping others to do the same. Interests include: seed saving, food preservation, heritage fruit trees, grafting, shittake cultivation, food storage, sharing knowledge/skills, energy conservation, sharing surplus, nutrient recycling, frugality and social justice.
